If online, the attribution must read “Data from Sentometrics via sentometrics.com” and the attribution text must be hyperlinked to https://sentometrics.com. Moreover, a reference to the proper work must be done. The appropriate citation is provided with the data as well as on the download page of the data. You agree to notify the Vendor in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or use of the Services Data by any party or of any claim that the Services Data infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other contractual, statutory or common law rights. You acquire absolutely no rights or licenses in or to the Services or the Services Data or materials contained therein other than the limited right to utilize the Services and the Services Data in accordance with these License Terms. Sentometrics and its third party suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the website, Services and Services Data, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantable quality, merchantability, durability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. 10. NO SERVICE GUARANTEE
    You understand and agree that Sentometrics and its third party suppliers make no representation, warranty or condition that: (a) the website, Services or Services Data will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, accurate or error-free; (b) the website, Services or Services Data will meet your requirements; (c) the website, Services or Services Data will meet your expectations, be suitable for any purpose, or be accurate, complete, reliable, current, timely, adequate, or error-free. The Services Data may be delayed, inaccurate or contain errors or omissions, and Sentometrics and its third-party suppliers will have no liability with respect thereto.
